Each of our five French holiday gîtes have been renovated and furnished to the highest standards – to provide wonderfully comfortable accommodation featuring everything you need to give you that “home from home” feeling. Our swimming pool is heated and for your arrival we provide a warm welcome. All gas and electricity is included in the weekly price.

La Charente
La Charente sleeps 4. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) & bathroom. La Charente is a spacious, detached two-bedroom French holiday gîte with traditional Charentaise stone walls adding to its character over two floors. Offers courtyard views and easy access to the pool.
Le Cognac
Le Cognac sleeps 5. 2 bedrooms (1 king & en-suite, one 3 bed & en-suite). Le Cognac is a fantastic choice for families or couples looking for a spacious gîte. Located in the main courtyard, it boasts a modern design with plenty of home comforts.
Le Pineau
Le Pineau sleeps 4/5. 2 bedrooms (1 king, one 3 bed with en-suite). Le Pineau is a spacious, open-plan ground floor and two-bedroom gîte with doors opening onto a private patio, complete with a stone barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Le Tournesol
Recently Refurbished. Le Tournesol sleeps 3. 1 bedroom plus sofa bed (separate bathroom). The bedroom, lounge, and kitchen are bright and airy, thanks to the large Victorian windows. Outside, you’ll find a table and chairs, along with a BBQ for your enjoyment.
La Vigne
La Vigne sleeps 8. 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 large) & 2 bathrooms. This gîte benefits from dual access to both courtyards, with entrances at the front and back of the property. Easy access to the gated swimming pool offers a secure and relaxing space to enjoy the sun.

Beach and pool towels
Please remember to bring your own pool or beach towels for during your stay. However, if you prefer, we do have a selection available for hire. (please enquire)
For families with young children, we can provide a full-sized baby cot or a travel cot, along with a high chair, to ensure a comfortable stay.

TVs & Electricity
Beach and pool towels
Each one of our French holiday gîtes is equipped with digital satellite television, providing access to a variety of English-language channels, including BBC, ITV, and Channel 4. A DVD player is also provided, and guests are welcome to enjoy our extensive collection of DVDs, offering a wide range of films and entertainment for all ages. All holiday gîtes also feature either an electric heating or central heating option.
A refundable breakage and maintenance deposit of €150 / £200 is payable with the final payment.
We kindly ask that you leave the holiday gîtes in the same condition you would like to find it. If you’re unable to clean it before departure, we can arrange this for you for a small additional fee.
